Art on Mom's day

We decided to bust out the paints today. It was such a beautiful sunny day, and the kids were feeling inspired. It was contagious, so I busted out my camera too. 

I love the face! He makes it fairly often during the creative process.

The light was kind of funny here, but I love the pink on the brush... and the way her chin is resting on her chest... "the painting repose"
